How to clean and care for your garden furniture effectively
Despite the variety of shapes and materials garden furniture comes in, you can generally follow these steps to clean and care for it effectively:

DENWAX CLEAN
Used for cleaning leather, leather look, aluminum, travertine, fiberglass, linoleum, vinyl, rubber, mosaic, marble, oilskin, plastic, leather look, lacquer, concrete, granite, slate, terrazzo, metal, nonwood, ployrattan, composite, nappa and natural stone. It can also be used as a soap treatment on untreated wood.
NOTE: light aniline leather may darken one or two shades when using Clean. If in doubt, always try an inconspicuous place first
DENWAX CARE
Used for the care, protection, maintenance and impregnation of leather, vinyl, rubber, (untreated, waxed, soaped and oiled wood), marble, nappa, plastic, metal, aluminum, linoleum, terrazzo, granite, slate, natural stone, travertine, gore-tex, lacquer, leatherlook, nonwood, polyrattan and oilskin. Note: vinyl, lacquer, linoleum and high gloss should be polished with a dry cloth a few minutes after treatment.
NOTE: light aniline leather may darken one or two tones when using Care. If in doubt, always try an inconspicuous spot first.
DENWAX CLEAN is a Danish handmade cleaning product consisting of 85% pure raw soap and water. Does not contain optical brightener or abrasive.
DENWAX CARE is a Danish handmade natural product consisting of jojoba oil, lanolin and beeswax.
DENWAX CLEAN
Using the sponge provided under the lid, stir the bucket without using water 4-6 times, then apply the sponge to the workpiece. Repeat the cleaning process if necessary, rinse the sponge along the way to remove dirt and grime, when the item is completely clean and dry, the item is cleaned. After use, clean the sponge under warm water. When it is completely dry, it can be put back in the jar.
NB: Please note that light colors may darken slightly. If in doubt, always apply in the first instance in an inconspicuous place for testing.
DENWAX CLEAN is best used at room temperature, about 20*. or below, if it is too hot it will easily liquefy.
DENWAX CARE
Swipe the sponge provided under the lid a few times in the bucket, then wipe the sponge on the edge of the bucket. It can be hard in consistency as it is a wax, so it is best to use at room temperature, around 20*. Usually dries on the item under 2 minutes. Re-polishing is sometimes necessary with a dry cloth. If it’s greasy, too much has been used, so balance the amount before applying to the whole piece.
NB: Please note that light colors may darken slightly. If in doubt, always apply in the first instance in an inconspicuous place for testing as the colors will be activated if the item is dyed through.
DENWAX CARE should not be applied in direct sunlight.

Many of our customers have enough product for about 2 years of regular use with a set of 300ml Denwax Clean and Care. This also takes into account that the products are used on items other than just shoes – e.g. furniture, leisure equipment and outdoor items.
