Rinse the sink and wash it with a mild soap and a soft sponge to remove grease, soap residue, and the grey film that settles on the surface. Wipe dry with a clean cloth. Avoid scouring pads and harsh agents that can scratch and dull the composite. Denwax Clean cleans the composite sink without scratching.
A black composite sink most often turns grey and dull due to limescale, soap, and a thin layer of build-up—not because the colour is gone. Clean the sink thoroughly and dry it completely. Then apply a thin layer of care with a cloth so the deep black colour and shine return. Denwax Care revives the colour, and for stubborn limescale, use Denwax Pink Stone first.
Limescale appears as white or greyish deposits, especially around drains and edges.
